Campus Spin Wednesday 8/2/17

Hi all, running a campus spin for all new members to get them up to speed on a few skills before we hit the trails on the weekend! Meeting at the boathouse at 5pm, ready to go for half 5! Dont forget to post up here whether you need a bike or helmet for the spin!

I'm about to help lead the spin Wednesday but I'll need to use a bike. maybe one of the cubes.
