AGM 18/04/2017

Hey everyone,
We'll be holding our club AGM in two weeks time, Tuesday the 18th of April. Time and location to be decided so check back for details.

The new committee will be voted in as well as any other important matters. If you have any important matters you think should be up for being voted on please email them to the club address this week so we can circulate our agenda next week. Address is mtbclubul@gmail.com

We would like to see as many of you at this meeting as possible.

The 17th April is Easter bank holiday Monday - I suspect the SU building might be locked. the upside is that I'm available to attend if it is held on that date :).
