Steerer Length

Been looking for a fork for my orange orange.
Measured the stack height, using a spare fork with no crown race, including the stem put on the top, and the total height reaches 197.
The fork im being offered has a steerer length of 197, if a crown race is put on this fork, will it make it unuseable with this frame or what?

The headset is very big especially on the top cup, see link.

If i were to replace it with another headset as this one is made by BBB and is pretty shitty, would that solve my problem or is the stack height of the top cups a universal size?
