Also they're looking for a Solidworks proficient mechanical designer. I sent them an email to see what job level they're looking for - no fear of me moving unless they make it worth my while...

It all depends on quality of life around the job. It's not like the job I have pays badly, has long hours and poor holidays or is terribly stressful... It has to be an upgrade to be worthwhile.
