Bike Locks

Hey guys part of a project i'm doing in college one of the lads made up this survey, fairly simple but I know ye all cycle gives me a good group in which to ask. if ye wouldn't mind doing it as soon as you can its fairly short and any additional comments you have you can post them below all info is welcome!

Also I don't understand the question "10. would you buy a lock that is permanently fixed in the centre ?"

Does the question mean 'would you buy a lock that's permanently fixed where you park your bike?'. For anyone who's seen the way bikes get parked, there's very little value to a permanently reserved spot that runs the risk of having another bike locked over it or being otherwise blocked when you need it, leaving you with no lock for your bike at all.
