Room for rent in Castletroy

Long shot I'm sure but if anyone on here needs a room for the year, gimme a shout.
We're out in Cois Ghruda (up the hill behind Brookfield Hall).
Room ain't massive but the sitting room and kitchen are.
Rent is €230/month.
Place is fairly unreal so we kind of want to be able to keep it.
House is already full of bikers so we'd love to make a set. (might get me out on the bike more if we had another!)
Let me know if you have interest and you wanna see the place.

I have a workmates son looking for a place - can you stick some pictures up.

He's a sound fella (very dry wit) - was massively into horsey stuff but not done too much recently (so should be able to bring him to the light )
